Requirements

Must have the ability to communicate in English.
Previous resort housekeeping experience required.
Flexible scheduling (MUST be able to work nights and weekends)
Ability to stand during entire shift.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance

Responsibilities

Anticipate guests’ needs for Housekeeping services.
Perform turndown services in a timely manner to all assigned guest rooms as per standard.
Maintains the cleanliness and presentation of all areas as outlined.
Respond promptly and acknowledge all guests
Clean rooms/suites, as assigned, which includes: making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming and washing windows / tracks.
Prepare room for evening services such as adjust drapes and adjust room lighting
Operate radios efficiently and professionally in communicating with hotel staff.
Ensure the proper use of radio etiquette within the department.
Report any damages or maintenance problems to the Supervisor
Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management
