About The Position
The Turnaround and Capital Construction Planner at CITGO Petroleum Corporation is responsible for scoping, planning, and executing turnaround and capital projects within the refinery. This role involves leading a team to develop work-list scopes, estimates, and execution plans while ensuring adherence to corporate milestones and performance metrics. The planner will also champion continuous improvement initiatives and facilitate communication among stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
