About The Position
The Turn Team Member position is a temporary/seasonal role focused on assisting with the turnover of student housing. This typically lasts 10-21 days, during which hundreds of students move out just before new students move in. Daily tasks include unit trash outs, groundskeeping, maintenance assistance, furniture assembly, and providing support on move-in day.
