About The Position

The Turf Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and building customer relationships in the turf market. This role will coordinate and execute sales activities, manage customer accounts using Salesforce platforms, support product delivery and loading, and proactively seek new business opportunities to expand market share.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a two year degree in turf / business or equivalent work experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to lift and load turf products (up to 50 lbs) and operate delivery equipment safely.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to seek out and develop new business opportunities.
  • Must have a good driving record with the ability to obtain a CDL and drive large trucks

Responsibilities

  • Organize and execute sales activities to achieve sales goals and customer growth.
  • Maintain and update customer accounts, sales pipelines, and activity tracking in Salesforce and other platforms.
  • Load, deliver, and stage products as needed to meet customer needs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Seek out and develop new customer relationships through prospecting, networking, and follow-up.
  • Support marketing and promotional campaigns for turf products and services.
  • Maintain knowledge of turf products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Coordinates and implements the delivery of products and service to accounts
