About The Position

Are you confident operating machinery and enjoy working outdoors? Join our team and help maintain high‑quality sports fields that support local clubs and active communities across the North Shore. About the Role In this hands‑on role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining turf across multiple sports fields to a high standard. Your work will directly support the presentation, safety, and performance of community sporting facilities.

Requirements

• Practical experience and confidence working with machinery in an outdoor environment
• Experience in turf maintenance, farming, orchards, landscaping, or similar machinery‑focused roles
• Confidence operating large machinery (Class 2 licence preferred)
• A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently while taking pride in your work

Nice To Haves

• A Certificate III in Sports Turf Management (AHC31324) or equivalent experience (advantage)

Responsibilities

• Maintaining sports turf through mowing, fertilising, aerating, and pest control
• Operating a range of machinery including tractors, sprayers, and mowers
• Working independently day‑to‑day, with occasional collaboration as part of a wider team
• Travelling across the North Shore to service key sports fields and facilities
