Who we are: Creative Landscaping & Design is an industry-leading, professional outdoor landscaping firm specializing in custom landscape design, installation, and ongoing landscape services. We have been creating and maintaining inspiring and sophisticated outdoor spaces for 50 years throughout Southwest Michigan. We are located near Lake Michigan in beautiful St. Joseph, Michigan. Job Description: Being part of a team dedicated to beautiful lawns and turf, following a 6-step fertilization program through the season. Be a part of caring for beautiful properties with beautiful scenery. Be able to drive to customer properties and operate automatic fertilization spreader machines to complete applications. This is a seasonal role, running from March through November. This is a great role for someone who loves being outdoors and caring for turf and lawns, someone looking to get started in the landscaping industry, or someone close to retirement. This is a full-time position for the most part, Monday through Friday. There is plenty of future growth potential across several departments if desired! Requirements

Love for beautiful lawns and turf and the outdoors.
Great positive attitude.
Willingness to learn, grow, and collaborate with a broader team of professionals.
Ability to work with other team members in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
Strong work ethic and desire to grow.
Clean driving record.
Have a current fertilization & pesticide certification through the State of Michigan or be willing to acquire through testing prior to the season beginning.
