Requirements

A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
Willingness to obtain a state-issued pesticide applicator license within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

Applying turfgrass treatments such as fertilization, aeration, seeding, and pest control.
Learning and implementing best practices in turf management and lawn care.
Building strong customer relationships through exceptional service and attention to detail.
Diagnosing turfgrass issues and implementing effective solutions with team guidance.
Safely operating and maintaining equipment.
Expanding your knowledge of horticulture, agronomy, and Ryan’s diverse range of services.
