Job Description The Turbine Design Engineer (TDE) provides technical leadership for project-specific teams developing retrofit designs for the existing steam turbine fleet. These solutions are tailored to customer and unit needs and are aimed at increasing output, improving performance and reliability, and extending the life of installed equipment. This role is responsible for steampath design and overall technical execution for assigned services projects. The TDE works with engineers across disciplines and global locations, including Schenectady, Baden, and Querétaro, to deliver high-quality engineering solutions that meet performance, schedule, and cost targets. The TDE also supports feasibility studies, technical reporting, and the resolution of factory and field issues.
