About The Position

The Burks Companies, Inc. (TBC) of Atlanta, GA is looking to hire a full-time or part-time EVS Attendant, Cleaners, Janitor, Custodian, Porter in the Tunica Mississippi area. TBC is a leader in providing support services to the absolute best clients in the hospitality and gaming industries. Our environmental services (EVS) division provides contract-based janitorial services in hospitality and public areas of commercial spaces. This commercial cleaning job earns $9.25 and up/hour for Day Shift, depending on experience. Requirements

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform general janitorial tasks including bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing for an entire shift.
• Customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous commercial cleaning or hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Arrive for your shift ready to work efficiently and service-oriented.
• Perform tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, pulling trash, disinfecting surfaces, and replenishing supplies.
• Ensure assigned restrooms and areas are in compliance with cleanliness standards.
• Conduct regular walkarounds to monitor cleanliness.
• Report maintenance repair problems to your supervisor.
• Log and turn in all lost and found items daily.
