Tulip, a leader in frontline operations, empowers companies worldwide to equip their workforce with AI-enabled, connected apps that drive higher quality work, improved efficiency, and end-to-end traceability. Tulip’s composable platform enables those closest to operations to digitally transform processes, guide operators, track production, and gain real-time visibility across operations. As a Tulip App Developer, you will design, build, and deploy applications on Tulip’s platform to optimize manufacturing and operational workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create solutions that error-proof processes, capture and analyze real-time data, and continuously improve operations.
Requirements
- Experience developing applications on Tulip or similar low-code/no-code platforms.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and digital transformation.
- Familiarity with IoT connectivity, edge devices, and data integration (APIs, SQL, OPC-UA, etc.).
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to translate operational needs into digital solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of MES, ERP, or other enterprise systems integration.
- Experience in regulated industries (pharmaceuticals, medical devices) or complex manufacturing environments.
- Basic programming knowledge (JavaScript, Python) for advanced customization.

- App Development: Design and develop Tulip applications to digitize and streamline manufacturing and operational processes.
- Develop Tulip Applications: Create intuitive, user-friendly apps to digitize work instructions and operational workflows.
- Workflow Optimization: Implement guided workflows that improve productivity, reduce errors, and enhance operator experience.
- Data Integration: Connect Tulip apps to machines, sensors, and enterprise systems for real-time data collection and analysis.
- Customization & Scalability: Configure apps to meet specific business requirements while ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- Process Digitization: Convert existing paper-based processes into dynamic, interactive digital solutions.
