Tufting Supervisor

About The Position
Do you enjoy working with your hands and solving problems on the fly? Do you take pride in keeping machines running and leading from the floor? This hands-on leadership role may be a great fit. The Tufting Supervisor is responsible for leading all aspects of the tufting department, including production, equipment setup and maintenance, and quality control. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical knowledge and leadership.
Requirements
- 3+ years tufting or manufacturing experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail

Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and supervise tufting employees
- Set up machines (yarn, pattern, gauge)
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting
- Monitor product quality and consistency
- Develop work instructions and train employees
- Track production metrics and downtime
- Maintain safe and organized work area
- Drive process improvements
