About The Position

JOB DESCRIPTION: Perform assigned maintenance activities, including preventative maintenance, routine maintenance, and repair and overhaul of all production and utility equipment, a s well as assist in other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Knowledge of pneumatics
• Working knowledge of basic electricity - single and three-phase power and AC/DC circuits.
• Capable of tracing electrical malfunctions on production equipment.
• Working knowledge of the structural and functional characteristics of all production machinery and mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• repair and maintenance of mechanical equipment and machinery in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation and maintenance manuals and procedures, and manufacturer specifications.
• routine maintenance duties such as preventative maintenance, repair, lubrication, rebuilding, installation, and keeping machinery and equipment in efficient operating condition.
• Inspect defective equipment and diagnose malfunctions.
• Repair and maintain electrical systems and equipment.
• Perform any other work as required by the maintenance supervisor.
