About The Position

Join our team as a Tuckshop Convenor at St Benedict's Catholic School, Townsville! We’re looking for passionate and dedicated Tuckshop Convenor to work in a Fixed Term, Term Time capacity of 30 hours per week (Monday to Friday) commencing as soon as practicable and concluding on 4 December 2026. The Tuckshop Convenor plays an important role in supporting the smooth daily operations of the St Benedict's Catholic School tuckshop. This position involves preparing and serving food, coordinating volunteers, managing stock and orders, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service. The successful candidate will be organised, reliable, and able to work in a busy environment, demonstrating strong food handling skills, attention to detail, and a friendly, welcoming manner that reflects the School's values and commitment to providing quality service to students, staff, and the wider school community.
