Requirements

  • University/college degree or equivalent experience
  • Perform data extraction, cleaning, validation, and analysis to support business decision-making
  • Create reports and communicate insights effectively
  • Strong communication skills – Ability to clearly explain findings both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent attention to detail – Ensures accuracy and data integrity in all analyses and reports
  • Strong collaborative skills – Works effectively with team members, cross-functional teams, and other departments to understand data
  • Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills – Able to investigate data discrepancies and find root causes efficiently
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills – Prioritizes tasks and maintains well-documented processes
  • Self-motivated and adaptable – Thrives working independently or as part of a team
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and other advanced functions Pivot tables and pivot charts Data validation, conditional formatting

Responsibilities

  • Standardize drill pipe management processes, including inspections, repairs, transportation, and inventory control
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in SAP and drill pipe asset systems; provide training and support for system users
  • Coordinate drill pipe inventories, scheduling, and movement across rigs and storage locations to meet operational needs
  • Communicate regularly with Rig Managers, Field Superintendents, Billing, Sales, and Tubular teams to share data, technical details, and excess wear calculations
  • Manage administrative tasks such as generating invoices/POs and participating in the 24-hour on-call rotation
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, asset integrity programs, and overall operational efficiency while applying strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills
