About The Position

Broken Arrow, OK: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a highly skilled Instrument Fitter (Tubing Bender) for a day shift opportunity. Essential Duties: Read and interpret schematics, datasheets/manuals, drawings, blueprints, and engineering sketches. Fabricate small bore tubing from ¼” to 1”, using hand and crank-type bending equipment. Work with common fittings such as Swagelok and Parker A-LOK. Utilize various measuring tools, including tape measures, speed squares, and angle finders. Demonstrate working knowledge of valves, pressure regulators, and valve actuators. Fabricate flexible hydraulic assemblies and work with hydraulics. Assist with pump installation, alignment, high-pressure systems, and cryogenic systems. Perform lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying as required. Work safely at elevated heights (up to 50 feet), including ladder use. Schedule: 12-hour shift

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in instrumentation fitting and tubing fabrication.
  • Proficiency in small bore tubing and common fittings.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical documentation.
  • Experience with hydraulic systems and flexible assembly fabrication.
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs unassisted
  • Must be capable of performing physically demanding tasks as listed in Essential Duties.
  • Comfortable working at elevated heights and in varied industrial environments.
