Greenberry Industrial is currently seeking qualified Tube Benders to support operations at the Samsung Semiconductor facility. This position will work in a high-tech cleanroom environment.
Requirements
- OSHA 10 Certification
- Work experience: Cleanroom, semiconductor, High purity
Responsibilities
- Fabrication & Installation: Cut, deburr, bend, and flare, tubing (stainless steel, 304, 316, etc.) to blueprint specifications.
- Tube Bending: Operate manual, and hydraulic tubing benders, ensuring proper bend radii and angles to avoid wrinkles or thinning.
- System Assembly: Install instrument stands, air headers, tubing trays, and instrumentation components on skids or process equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished tubes for accuracy, perform leak tests on connections, and troubleshoot fitment issues.
- Safety & Maintenance: Adhere to OSHA and company safety procedures, including wearing PPE, maintaining clean work areas, and conducting preventative maintenance on bending machines.
