About The Position

The Accreditation Compliance Supervisor is essential in ensuring Tarzana Treatment Centers College (TTCC) meets and maintains all accreditation standards. This position oversees the entire accreditation process, including applications, renewals, site visits, and audits. The Accreditation Compliance Supervisor ensures that all programs comply with the various accreditations held by TTC College. Additionally, this role involves developing comprehensive policies and procedures to optimize college operations and evaluating academic and grant-based programs for continuous process improvement and quality enhancement. Furthermore, the Accreditation Compliance Supervisor will research and pursue additional relevant certifications and accreditations to support the growth and development of TTC College.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution is required.
  • Prior experience working in an educational setting.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, staff, and students.
  • Knowledge of academic support resources and student success strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with accrediting bodies, funders, partners, and community organizations to support organizational objectives.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of accreditation applications, initial and renewal.
  • Ensure college documentation and processes meet the standards set by accrediting bodies such as the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE) and other relevant authorities.
  • Develop and update TTC College policies and procedures to align with accreditation requirements.
  • Coordinate and oversee site visits and audits conducted by accrediting bodies.
  • Prepare the college for audits by conducting internal reviews and mock audits.
  • Regularly review and monitor compliance with accreditation standards across TTC College.
  • Implement corrective actions based on audit findings and ensure continuous readiness for future audits.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on key performance indicators, analyze findings, and present actionable insights to senior management.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and initiative in handling assigned duties and responding to organizational needs, ensuring adaptability in a dynamic educational environment.
  • Additional duties as assigned by the Program Director and/or Administrator:
  • Staff Supervision
  • Orientation of new employees
  • Scheduling staff coverage, time-off requests, etc.
  • Evaluations
  • Assisting Director with Hiring
  • Assisting Director with Discipline
  • E-Time
  • Support to staff
  • Ongoing supervision of documentation compliance.
  • Administration
  • Active participation in agency-wide committees as assigned.
  • Support the management team and act as an agent of the organization in all situations- utilize management team meetings as a forum to resolve differences.
  • Attend management meetings with Program Director
  • Attending in-service training and educational workshops.
  • Attending all required staff meetings.
  • Other
  • Work closely with staff to monitor adherence to organizational philosophy goals and objectives.
