TT Final Finish Floor Supervisor

The TT Final Finish Floor Supervisor will supervise the Truck Tire Final Finish production flow, including inspection, trimming, repair, and scheduling tires to be run through the concentricity grinder and to the warehouse. This role is responsible for the direction of the workforce, ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, housekeeping, safety, and equipment maintenance. The supervisor will also conduct daily safety talks, manage scheduling for overtime and vacation coverage, prepare reports, handle administrative functions, manage employee relations, and coordinate work in process, with the ability to cover for a Lead Supervisor if needed. The position also requires ensuring all ESH procedures, policies, and legal requirements are implemented and monitored.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree or 2 years experience required.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Responsibilities
- Supervise Truck Tire Final Finish production flow.
- Supervises inspection and trimming, repair, schedules tires to be run through concentricity grinder and to warehouse.
- Responsible for the direction of the work force, efficiency of operation, quality of the product, housekeeping, safety, and maintenance of the equipment.
- Supervise and direct the workforce of Truck Final Finish on a shift.
- Maintain efficiency of the operation.
- Ensure the quality of the product is met.
- Conduct daily safety talks, housekeeping needs, scheduling of overtime and vacation coverage, along with preparing reports and administrative functions, employee relations, and equipment maintenance.
- Coordination of work in process.
- Ability to cover Lead Supervisor if needed
- Perform other duties as directed by Final Finish Supervisors, Lead Supervisors and/or Department Manager.
- Ensure all ESH procedures, policies and legal requirements are implemented and monitored.
