This program will start on March 17, 2025, and will end on April 9, 2025. This program will result in a permanent role with Lippert in Waxahachie, Texas for our second shift sub assembly welding. Hours are 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Friday with mandatory overtime as needed. The Weld Trainee is responsible for learning and developing welding skills applicable to aligning and fitting fabricated steel structures per blueprints with limited supervision.
