About The Position

We are accepting applications for a TSS to provide support to students at our elementary campus. A TSS/Student Support worker is responsible for working individually with children with special needs. This individual implements methods and interventions from the treatment plan to help the student develop necessary skills and be successful. Duties include, but are not limited to: Assists the student in developing age appropriate self-management and social skills Supports/assists teacher and classroom instruction by encouraging appropriate participation and task completion, providing re-direction and practice of academic skills Follows teacher initiated directives or requests during instruction to enhance classroom participation Carries out behavioral interventions developed by the team Thank you for your interest in a position with School Lane Charter School.
