About The Position

Teacher-Scientist Partnership (TSP) Program Manager - Temporary Position About TAF Every student can achieve academic success, yet the public education system was not designed to meet students of color where they dream. Technology Access Foundation (TAF) partners with school districts, educators, higher education, and community organizations to transform public education. We center student voice, equity, and real-world learning to develop critical thinkers, problem solvers, and leaders. TAF co-manages TAF@Saghalie, our 6–12th grade lighthouse school; partners with schools using the STEMbyTAF model; supports educators of color; and provides equity-rooted professional learning. Since 1996, we’ve fostered a collaborative, family-friendly culture where staff bring their full selves to work and grow together. Position Overview The Teacher-Scientist Partnership (TSP) Program Manager leads the design, implementation, and growth of TAF’s industry-connected science and technology programs. Reporting to the Director of Technology, this role works closely with TAF’s Education Team, school leadership, teachers, students, and industry volunteers to deliver high-impact learning experiences and expand equitable pathways into STEM fields.
