An onsite schedule is preferred. The Technology Services Group Project Manager manages and coordinates multiple, complex technology and implementation projects across the organization with minimal supervision. Plans, directs, and coordinates enterprise-wide initiatives for application development, system implementations, and technology-enabled business solutions. Leads matrixed, cross-functional teams; develops project plans and schedules; manages risks, issues, scope, and change; and maintains strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and external vendors. The TSG Project Manager Manages all aspects of project delivery including scope, schedule, cost, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and milestones. Develops and maintains detailed project plans and schedules and ensures delivery within approved scope, timeline, and budget. Leads cross-functional, matrixed project teams through requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and go-live activities. Coordinates interactions with internal departments including contracting, operations, solution design, and technical services. Manages project risks, issues, and escalations and ensures timely resolution of impediments with potential impact to time, quality, or resources. Facilitates internal and external project meetings and prepares clear, timely status updates for leadership and stakeholders. Oversees change management activities including documentation of change requests, impact analysis, approvals, and communication. Provides leadership and direction to clients, staff, and vendors to resolve project-related issues. Executes projects using established project management frameworks and organizational standards. Supports enterprise priorities by delivering projects aligned with organizational strategy and leadership direction.
