About The Position

The position involves conducting Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM), Foreign Visit, Gift Inspection, Digital Counterexploitation, and Technical Evaluation activities to support the customer’s TSCM program and modernization goals. The role requires maintaining compliance with national and agency-level policies, conducting TSCM operations for facility projects, and providing technical advice and assistance related to construction projects. The candidate will prepare specialized technical risk assessment products, TSCM reports, and administrative communications necessary to support the customer’s construction project. Additionally, the role includes analyzing security issues, preparing after-action reports, and assisting with training programs for technicians.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Possess an Interagency Training Center (ITC) TSCM Certification.
  • Complete at least 40 hours of discipline-specific development or refresher training every fiscal year.
  • Meet minimum training requirements for access to DoD networks.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience writing and editing technical documents.
  • Telephone security experience with TSG requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Post-graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Credentialed graduate of an accredited federal or DoD CI training academy.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct TSCM, Foreign Visit, Gift Inspection, Digital Counterexploitation, and Technical Evaluation activities.
  • Maintain compliance with national and agency-level policies.
  • Conduct TSCM operations supporting facility project design and construction.
  • Provide recommendations and guidance for construction projects.
  • Prepare specialized technical risk assessment products and TSCM reports.
  • Assist with technical security plans and policy execution.
  • Identify physical and acoustical security deficiencies and develop corrective actions.
  • Analyze complex physical and technical security issues.
  • Generate finished correspondence, documents, and threat reports.
  • Prepare after-action reports for external engagements.
