Parsons is looking for a talented TSCM/Cyber Technical Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will ensure Cyber TSCM missions are staffed appropriately and that related activities support modernization goals and objectives. You will maintain familiarization with all governing national and agency-level policies, ensuring compliance with reporting, training requirements, and other regulatory guidelines.

  • Conducting TSCM operations consistent with National and DoD policies governing the employment of TSCM tactics, techniques, and procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with ICD 705, Physical Security Standards for SCIFs, and DoD standards for collateral areas.
  • Identifying physical and acoustical security deficiencies and developing corrective actions to mitigate identified deficiencies.
  • Analyzing complex physical and technical security issues and providing cost-effective recommendations that meet policy requirements.
  • Preparing specialized technical risk assessment products, TSCM reports of inquiry, after-action reports, tailored briefings, and other administrative communication necessary to support the CI mission.
  • Assisting Certified TEMPEST Technical Authority (CTTA) with technical security plans, policy, and execution, and assessing electronic processing equipment for security vulnerabilities.
  • Conducting daily TSCM Cyber missions, including coordinating with stakeholders, installing equipment, analyzing cyber data, investigating findings, briefing customers, and reporting results within established timeframes.
  • Assisting with maintenance and day-to-day monitoring of the TSCM Cyber suite, ensuring compliance with information assurance requirements to sustain authorization to operate.
  • Researching and attending advanced cybersecurity training to enhance technical competency.
  • Training TSCM practitioners on the use of newly developed cyber technologies.
  • Researching, testing, and developing new technologies to enhance TSCM Cyber capabilities supporting infrastructure.
  • Experience writing and editing technical documents.
  • Certification from TSCM for Information Systems.
  • Interagency Training Center (ITC) TSCM Certification.
  • Completion of at least 40 hours of discipline-specific development or refresher training every fiscal year (training delivery may include classroom, online, or commercially available training).
  • Meeting minimum training requirements upon assignment for access to DoD networks in accordance with DoDD 8140.01, by attaining and maintaining at least baseline certification for DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Technician Level II (IAT2) compliance.
  • An active Top Secret security clearance is required to apply, however, the selected candidate must be able to obtain a Top Secret SCI clearance prior to the start date.
  • Experience with telephone security (e.g., Telephone Security Group (TSG) requirements).
  • Knowledge and experience with Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) systems, Cloud systems, network architecture, and their associated vulnerabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Credentialed graduate of an accredited federal or DoD CI training academy (e.g., FBI Academy).
