This position is responsible for general food service prep work in the TSC (Marketplace & Catering) Kitchen or Line Cook work in the Skyroom Restaurant. Duties include: Basic prep & order fulfillment Preparing food items used in the Skyroom or the Marketplace and Catering. Peeling onions, carrots, washing and cutting fruits and vegetables Cutting and trimming meats, chicken, beef, pork and fish Cooking meats, sauces, starches, and vegetables Keep the work station clean and sanitized Help other areas during busy times Other duties assigned by the chef
