The Digital Modernization Sector is seeking a highly qualified Senior Program Manager (PM) to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Field Operations & Customer Support (FOCUS) program in Springfield, VA, supporting the TSA Office of Information Technology (OIT) to provide TSA enterprise-wide Single Point of Contact (SPOC) IT help desk and headquarters/field IT Specialist support to the TSA workforce of 85K across approximately 500 locations. The PM will provide leadership and management across all task orders and projects to bring about the successful completion of FOCUS program goals and objectives.
