About The Position

The TS/SCI Sr. Strategic Planner role at Insight Global involves working closely with senior leadership to develop and enhance the DC3 strategic plan. The position requires a deep understanding of military organizational planning and strategy, with a focus on assessing capabilities, identifying shortfalls, and recommending corrective actions to meet established goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with a BS/BA; 6 years with an MS/MA; 3 years with a PhD.
• Extensive experience directing, formulating, and evaluating the effectiveness of strategic plan goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with senior leadership to identify, collect, and document organizational priorities for the DC3 strategic plan.
• Manage the development of objectives, tasks, and action plans based on strategic plan goals.
• Assess organizational capabilities for advancing established goals and objectives, identifying shortfalls, and recommending corrective actions.
• Develop and report performance measures that evaluate program effectiveness.
• Plan and coordinate activities involving national cyber security initiatives, determining appropriate policies and procedures.
