About The Position

Piper Companies is seeking an experienced TS/SCI CI Poly Data Center Engineer is willing to work in Herndon, VA. The ideal candidate is a Linux expert and who is a self starter.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Linux Systems Engineer experience (RHEL)
• Strong Python skills
• Strong AWS experience
• Must be able to obtain or maintain an TS/SCI AND CI Poly clearance

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Windows server
• Experience with VMWare's vSphere
• Familiarity with Terraform
• Certifications such as CISSP, Security+, CISA, GSEC, CAP, SCNA, SCNP, SSCP, GSLC, GSE

Responsibilities

• Experience with NISPOM and ICD guidelines
• Network administration with Routers, Switches, Firewalls, etc.
• Manage and assist in the creation of System Security Plans (SSP) and Plan of Action and Milestone (PO&AM) documentation
• Systems administration and engineering
