About The Position
The Operator - Heavy Equipment is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy machinery at various facilities, including recycling centers, landfills, and transfer stations. This role involves transferring, spreading, covering, loading, and compacting waste or soil while adhering to safety standards and company policies. The operator will also conduct inspections, monitor equipment conditions, and perform minor maintenance tasks to ensure operational readiness.
