Requirements

Responsibilities

Representing and counseling fiduciaries and beneficiaries in contested probate, accountings, and all other manner of estate, trust, and fiduciary litigation
Working closely with attorneys and paralegals on uncontested probate, administration, and accountings
If interested, an opportunity to work on estate planning and drafting wills, trusts, and related estate planning documents
