This position is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in estate planning, or a recent law school graduate who demonstrates exceptional skill, drive, and potential. The associate will assist with preparing wills, powers of attorney, health care proxies, various trusts, Medicaid applications, and asset protection strategies. This role includes opportunities to observe client meetings, draft documents, and gradually take on more independent responsibilities. The associate will also support litigation-related work involving Surrogate's Court matters and estate disputes. This component provides exposure to litigation strategy, court procedures, and case support responsibilities.
