We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Trusts and Estates Paralegal to join our team. The person who fills this role may work in our Akron, Canton or Cleveland Office. He or she will have the opportunity to work on projects for high net worth individuals in Northeast Ohio. Projects will require creativity that goes beyond routine probate and trusts and estates practice.

Requirements

Minimum five years’ experience supporting Trusts and Estates Attorneys
Experience communicating directly with clients both verbally and in writing
Proficiency in computer use, including use of Word, Outlook, and Excel
Experience working with federal estate tax strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail
Outstanding communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented, service focused environment
Commitment to completing assignments in a thoughtful and thorough manner
Ability to identify priorities to provide actionable and timely client communication and service
Excellent collaborative problem solving skills
Willingness to take ownership of tasks and achieve results
