What You’ll Do: In this dynamic, customer-facing role, you’ll partner with project teams and functional leaders to deliver and optimize Trusted Process activities across the drug development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in life sciences, or equivalent experience
• 1-2+ years in pharma, biotech, or CRO environments is preferred, but not required
• Proven excellence in communication and public speaking, with experience engaging senior stakeholders
• Confidently manage complex, sensitive, or challenging conversations with professionalism
• Demonstrated ability to balance structure and adaptability in process-driven environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and proven ability to adopt new technologies quickly
• Strong emotional intelligence and comfort working with ambiguity and change
• Professional presence and experience interacting across all organizational levels
• Eager to travel and connect with teams in person (up to 50%)
