Trust Senior Associate (TSA), Private Banking, Florham Park, NJ - This job is responsible for providing administrative and account servicing activities for fiduciary and trust client relationships. Key responsibilities include serving as a trust support administrative client account/relationship assistant. Job expectations include acting as an additional point of contact to clients and supporting other service associates as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum two (2) years experience related to client facing, Wealth Management Operations and client support.
  • BS/BA degree preferred, Para-legal, Legal, Business Skills: Active Listening Adaptability Attention to Detail Emotional Intelligence Prioritization Collaboration Critical Thinking Decision Making Oral Communications Written Communications Drives Engagement Innovative Thinking Networking Problem Solving
  • Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Supports Trust and Estate Officers with administrative and account servicing activities for fiduciary and trust clients, while applying knowledge of trust products to support the execution of client transactions
  • Serves as an additional point of contact to clients and/or as backup for the Trust Officers, servicing account questions and resolving service issues including investment management and trust accounts, money movement, discretionary actions, resolving compliance metrics exceptions, Client Maintenance Tool updates
  • Coordinates the internal delivery of trust services through the appropriate channels within the Fiduciary Services and/or Trust Operations groups
  • Partners with the Trust office on general day-to-day administration functions for maintaining investment management and trust accounts
