Responsible for providing presentation and sales support for Trust and Asset Management Groups. This role involves managing projects, including the design, development, and layout of internal and external marketing materials such as brochures, direct mail campaigns, presentation templates, newsletters, and slicks, in alignment with corporate marketing and Wealth Management marketing strategies. The specialist will coordinate with marketing and sales teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and update marketing materials and RFPs for new business and existing accounts. They will also produce and distribute client and advisor communications, provide direct support to institutional business development and sales officers, and assist with planning and managing internal and external events. The position requires managing multiple projects with tight deadlines, often working with teams in different locations, and taking initiative to ensure deadlines are met through communication.
