The position involves reviewing and interpreting trust agreements, wills, and other estate planning documents where the bank is acting as trustee, executor, administrator, conservator, guardian, depositor, or agent. It requires coordinating information between clients, external attorneys, and internal specialists to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient estate settlement. The role also involves administering accounts in a manner that ensures compliance with legal requirements and business line policies and procedures.
