Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CFP, or CFA preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of investment management experience with a strong knowledge of modern portfolio theory and investment performance analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Bloomberg is preferred.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Comfort in delivering presentations and discussing investment strategies with high-net-worth clients.
  • Ability to commute to the primary work location and occasionally to other work locations within driving distance.
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 75% of an eight (8) hour workday.
  • Ability to review information and details at close range (within a few feet).

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, monitor, and manage client investment portfolios to optimize returns while minimizing risk.
  • Partner with clients and Personal Trust Officers to identify financial needs and develop investment strategies.
  • Construct customized investment portfolios aligned with client goals, including asset allocation and diversification.
  • Stay current on economic trends, market movements, and regulations to refine investment strategies.
  • Use Bloomberg, Morningstar, and FI360 to evaluate portfolios and make mutual fund recommendations.
  • Present investment solutions and performance updates to clients and prospects.
  • Identify and recommend relevant bank products to support overall financial wellness.
  • Represent First Financial Bank through community involvement, networking, and volunteerism.
