About The Position

CarterWill Search is seeking a Trust & Estate Planning Associate to join a Pennsylvania-based Taxation & Wealth Planning practice in Blue Bell or Philadelphia. This role offers the opportunity to work with high-net-worth individuals and sophisticated estates, focusing on estate planning, tax planning, and related wealth management matters.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in trusts, estates, and tax planning
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active Pennsylvania Bar admission
• Strong analytical and drafting skills, with attention to detail
• Familiarity with family business planning, insurance, and complex estates
• Excellent academic credentials and writing ability

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Pennsylvania estate and tax laws
• LLM in Taxation

Responsibilities

• Conducting legal research and analysis in estate and tax matters
• Drafting and reviewing estate planning documents
• Preparing or reviewing tax returns and providing guidance on family-owned business planning and life insurance structures
• Collaborating with senior attorneys to develop comprehensive wealth planning strategies
