As a member of the Finance Department, the Trust & Treasury Analyst is responsible for performing a variety of trust and treasury functions. The Trust & Treasury Analyst is a key operational role and requires proven experience with trust management, banking systems and basic trust accounting, treasury, and financial principles, along with other administrative duties, as assigned. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Provides support in trust management tasks for Fox Rothschild and its affiliated offices. Performs daily and monthly trust management activities including trust reconciliations, trust posting, trust applications, wire transfers, research, and reporting. Maintain and update escrow, and retainer accounts, ensuring adherence to IOLTA and regulatory requirements. Prepares trust check requests, processes wires and ACH payments. Review outstanding checks (trust and operating) and take proactive steps to return funds to the rightful owner before escheatment deadlines, ensuring compliance with state regulations. Support treasury functions: cash management, debt compliance, and investment reporting. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes for trust and treasury. Updates IOLTA and Escrow cash reports, monitoring various account balances and transactions, ensuring adherence to IOLTA and regulatory requirements. Review current processes and controls to identify efficiency gaps. Partner with leadership to implement automation tools and workflows. Serve as a resource for technology-driven improvements in trust and treasury operations. Demonstrates effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective work relationships with others. Manages Firm resources responsibly. Complies with and understands firm operations, policies, and procedures. Completes ad hoc requests.
