We are seeking a dedicated Background Check Compliance Specialist to ensure the security, safety, and stability of the Instacart platform. This role involves collaborating within a team of Compliance Specialists to consistently meet established service level agreements and quality standards related to background check processing and adjudication. The mission of the Trust and Safety organization at Instacart is to enforce policies and protocols that ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, thereby safeguarding the platform for customers, shoppers, and the company. The Background Check Compliance team manages background checks for all our shoppers, mitigating risk and maintaining a positive experience for our shoppers, customers, and retailers on the platform.
