The Trust Advisor II - VP plays a critical role in managing and overseeing client trust portfolios, ensuring the preservation and growth of client assets in alignment with their financial goals and fiduciary requirements. This position requires a deep understanding of trust and estate planning, investment management, and regulatory compliance to provide expert guidance and tailored solutions to high-net-worth individuals and families. The Trust Advisor II will collaborate closely with internal teams and external advisors to deliver comprehensive wealth management services that meet client expectations and uphold the institution's standards. This role demands proactive relationship management, strategic problem-solving, and the ability to navigate complex financial scenarios with discretion and professionalism. Ultimately, the Trust Advisor II - VP is responsible for fostering long-term client trust and satisfaction through exceptional service and sound financial stewardship.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in trust administration, wealth management, or fiduciary services.
  • Strong knowledge of trust and estate laws, fiduciary responsibilities, and regulatory requirements in the United States.
  • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver customized financial solutions.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer a diverse portfolio of trust accounts, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and fiduciary standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial objectives and providing tailored trust and estate planning advice.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships by offering additional financial products and services that meet their evolving needs.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure the delivery of informed and compliant trust services.
