Partner with Impact. An intermediate‑level professional responsible for providing administrative, operational, and data‑entry support to a Trust Officer in alignment with trust business goals. This role requires moderate experience, strong organizational capabilities, and a high level of proficiency in administrative processes and trust‑related workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Internal Application Policy: Internal applicants must be in good standing and have a minimum of 1 year of service with Kestra. Internal applicants must also have a minimum of 1 year service in current role unless approved by EVP.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the assigned Trust Officer in the administration of trust accounts.
  • Works under general supervision with latitude for independent judgment.
  • Works on multiple concurrent projects of medium complexity. Is an active team member, contributes to complex projects to gain experience, shares ideas and suggests process improvements appropriate for level of experience.
  • Identifies non-routine issues and routes/escalates to the appropriate team member.
  • Interacts in an ongoing relationship with associated financial partners and trust clients.
  • Assists with account administration functions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Performs daily account activity:
  • Posts receipts
  • Enters pending trade orders
  • Raises cash for distributions
  • Enters check/wire requests
  • Submits ACH transfer instructions
  • Handles account inquiries
  • Opens/closes accounts o Researches account discrepancies
  • Calculates fee sharing data, including manual calculations when necessary
  • Administers all systems related to management of trust accounts.
  • Maintains all account documentation for current and historical monitoring of accounts.
  • Special projects and other related duties assigned as needed
