Responsibilities

  • Manage routine accounts under the supervision of a Trust Advisor according to governing documents and applicable laws.
  • Review and confirm analysis of documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy of accounts.
  • Field client inquiries and respond to administrative and transactional concerns.
  • Develop solutions to issues raised by principals, income beneficiaries, and remaindermen.
  • Oversee the opening and closing of accounts, ensuring proper documentation and asset transfer.
  • Monitor and track tax reporting activities in coordination with senior Trust Administrators.
  • Conduct compliance reviews and training as required.
