Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
  • Typically, at least 2 years of professional, financial services industry experience.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPS) and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with calculating financial reconciliations.
  • Ability to multi-task and interact well with team members and trust account managers.

Nice To Haves

  • Trust system experience (CDO Suite, Solvas, etc.).
  • Understanding and experience with syndicated loans, CLO/CDOs, or corporate trust securities.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the books and records for collateral managers that have outsourced middle office operations.
  • Reconcile and maintain data on the client's behalf.
  • Review monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Support assigned Trust Account Manager(s) in the administration of structured finance accounts.
  • Interact in an ongoing relationship with associated financial partners and trust clients to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Perform daily account activity including posting receipts, entering trade orders and check/wire requests, and raising cash for distributions.
  • Handle account inquiries and submit ACH transfer instructions.
  • Open/close accounts and research account discrepancies.
  • Reconcile various cash flows, accounts, data sets, and calculate fee sharing data.
  • Administer all systems related to the management of corporate trust accounts.
  • Maintain all account documentation for current and historical monitoring of accounts.
