• Handy with Tools: Ability to use basic hand tools and read/understand design paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize Safety: Follow safety procedures and use appropriate tools to ensure a secure working environment.
• Inspect and Maintain: Regularly inspect equipment and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Detail-oriented: Carry out assigned duties with diligence and unwavering attention to detail.
• Craftsmanship: Hammer gussets and plates onto trusses with skill.
• Operate Machinery: Run trusses through roller machines efficiently.
• Quality Assurance: Verify the quality of trusses to ensure they meet our high standards.
