About The Position
4Wall is a leading company in the entertainment industry, providing lights, video walls, rigging, staging, and audio for prominent events worldwide, including EDC, Metallica’s World Tour, NFL Draft, CES, Broadway, I Heart Radio, Saturday Night Live, and The Tonight Show. The company is seeking a Truss Department Lead to join its team and contribute to its success in delivering high-quality rental gear and outstanding customer service across a wide variety of markets.
Requirements
- Previous experience with truss, rigging and motors
- Good troubleshooting and repair skills
- Ability to take directions and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to remain clean-shaven to pass the medical clearance for fit test
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Truss Team
- Executing all pick lists
- Checking-in and-out orders
- Scanning equipment bar codes and/or entering quantity count data into the inventory system
- General repair and maintenance of truss / motors / other rigging gear (including cleaning, painting and organizing)
- Pulling/ cutting /painting pipes
- Pulling sandbags
- Working in other areas of the Shop as requested
