Responsibilities

Prioritize Safety: Follow safety procedures and use appropriate tools to ensure a secure working environment.
Inspect and Maintain: Regularly inspect equipment and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Detail-oriented: Carry out assigned duties with diligence and unwavering attention to detail.
Craftsmanship: Hammer gussets and plates onto trusses with skill.
Operate Machinery: Run trusses through roller machines efficiently.
Quality Assurance: Verify the quality of trusses to ensure they meet our high standards.
Perform other duties as assigned
