About The Position

The position involves a variety of responsibilities primarily focused on customer service, order processing, and inventory management. The role requires the individual to handle phone calls, create and process invoices, and manage daily order spreadsheets. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for receiving truss orders, preparing deposit slips, and monitoring management projects related to Falcon and MiTek systems. The position also includes coordinating deliveries, managing inventory counts, and ensuring compliance with safety reports.
