About The Position
Pacific Home Brokers and Pacific Property Loans are California's Original and Only TRUE 100% Commission Brokerages, offering a unique opportunity for Real Estate Agents and DRE Loan Officers. Our model allows you to retain your commission on real estate transactions, with only a small $165 Errors & Omissions (E&O) fee deducted. This structure empowers you to operate as a true independent contractor, providing you with the freedom to negotiate the use of our beneficial client and agent services, including in-house loan services. We believe in a collaborative approach, treating our agents and loan officers as partners in success. Our commission model is straightforward: you keep your commission minus a small $599 broker fee for loan transactions.
