JOB PURPOSE: Manage and oversee all day-to-day carrier development and relations. Analyze and review Client networks for margin and capacity improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma with a minimum of 2 years of industry experience required

Responsibilities

• Manage carrier relations.
• Manage continuing quality process improvement.
• Coordination of problem resolution between customers and carriers.
• Truckload rate and contract negotiations
• Manage against departmental metrics.
• Ensure that all departmental deadlines are met to company guidelines. (including status reports.)
• Lead continued quality improvement and product enhancement.
• Manageable and sustainable commitment to doing your job well
• Demonstrated ability to be results driven
• Ability to understand and react to changing market conditions
• Ability to manage the prioritization of a very large number of projects occurring simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
